Born and raised by our Farmer Richard Tustian on his farm where our main cutting room is based and then dry aged and butchered by us, we are very proud to offer this 10 kg selection of his Prime beef with zero food production miles. 

Dry aged to ensure tenderness and unrivalled flavour and then cut and vacuum packed ready for your freezer there is a little bit of everything for every occasion.
