A very divided reception for this item. Three of the chops were absolutely delicious ,tender and ver y meaty. Two tasted like mutton and I suspect a cryptorchid had inadvertently entered the food chain. A great pity because I will always be smelling and tasting your lamb products to make sure guests don’t have tainted meat.
