Although I had an initial problem with my placed order, the response was second to none! All sorted with a few phone calls and quick feedback from NW.
The order was sent at speed with an alternative courier and arrived as stated.
The order was well packed, cold and well insulated.
As to the quality of the Brisket, again, it was fantastic, I was able to slow smoke and it was very succulent and tasty!
The order also included dry cured bacon, pork sausages and black pudding, all excellent high quality and beyond expectation.
This company is certainly now my go to supplier, and I highly recommend that you give them a go, you will not be disappointed!
