A whole boneless shoulder of lamb butterflied and fully trimmed, marinaded in olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh mint and fresh rosemary. Vacuum sealed to enhance flavour and lock in flavour.

A great alternative to our marinaded whole legs for those  prefer the taste of the shoulder.
