A whole boneless shoulder of lamb butterflied and fully trimmed, marinaded in olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh mint and fresh rosemary. Vacuum sealed to enhance flavour and lock in flavour.
A great alternative to our marinaded whole legs for those prefer the taste of the shoulder.
No further preparation needed and great to roast in the oven or cook over coals on the BBQ
