They are also 'oyster' cut which means that the back bone has been removed leaving just the single thigh bone in.

Chicken thighs were fine, but coating was not strong enough.

Absolutely premium quality meat, accompanied by phenomenal service. I was called twice to keep me updated on a couple of slight variations to my order. Look forward to using again soon
