Cumberland Sausage

Brought over to the north of England (Cumberland, now part of Cumbria) from Germany in the 16th century by miners, this is a classic sausage with a flavour mix that continues to survive the test of time.

Fresh, free range, choice pork cuts mixed with Black pepper, thyme,sage, nutmeg and sea salt to really give a full flavour experience.
