I have my favourite makes and places where I get my black pudding from. I came across this on line and thought I would give it a go. Now I’ve been a chef for 35 years and have made, cooked for work and eaten some of the best black pudding from the whole of the uk and Ireland. This black pudding is up there in my professional and personal opinion. Very good price also. Will definitely use again. I’m known as a bit of a connoisseur of black pudding. Trust me you won’t be disappointed
