Unfortunately not a hint of marbling in these, just sinew. Nice dry age funk and the price is pretty decent (as was customer service for what it's worth, even if my request wasnt really met in the end), but the beef quality just isnt there for me sadly. Wont be buying again.

Thank you for your feedback, when you contacted us you specificly asked for lean steaks with little fat covering. I also thought this meant that you did not want too much marbling either so we cut leaner loins for you. from your comments it would appear that i was wrong and i apologise.
The steaks were centre cut steaks and i can assure you did not contain any sinew. I hope you manage to find some steaks to your liking and im sorry that is not with us.
