I’ve ordered several times before and the meat itself has always been good. Unfortunately, my experience over Christmas was awful. I placed my usual weekly box order just before Christmas and was ignored for nearly two weeks despite repeatedly chasing for updates.
When I finally got a response—apparently from the owner—I was told they’d been robbed of all their stock, which didn’t add up given other reviews showing orders were still going out. I was offered a refund and promised the meat as a goodwill gesture.
Almost a month later I received the refund, but no meat ever arrived. If they’d been honest from the start, I’d have simply ordered elsewhere. The lack of communication and inconvenience means I won’t be using them again, especially when a “weekly” box affects how you plan your food shopping.
Absolutely fantastic quality….superbly packaged…..great price…..will definitely buy again.
The quality of the meat is really good. Overall very pleased, one star droppedbecause I ordered a beef joint and got pork. Not the end of the worldand looks lovel....all the same ....
Was most excellent everything was fresh and packed well had a few orders now from here all good quality will buy from napoleon's again 😀
